We believe in doing what’s right  for our puppies and for you. Our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent, providing peace of mind throughout your adoption journey.

📌 Reservation Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.

This deposit ensures your puppy is held exclusively for you and covers initial care and preparation.

If you change your mind or fail to complete the purchase, the deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations & Change of Mind

If you cancel before the puppy is 8 weeks old, no refund is given, but your deposit may be transferred to a future litter at our discretion.

Cancellations after full payment may be eligible for a partial refund, minus expenses incurred.

No refunds are given for personal reasons or failure to collect your puppy within the agreed timeframe.

Health-Related Refunds

All our puppies come with a 30-day Health Guarantee.

If a licensed veterinarian identifies a life-threatening genetic or congenital condition within this period, we may offer:

A replacement puppy from an upcoming litter, or

A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Proof and documentation from a licensed vet are required.

📋 Important Notes

Refunds are not offered for conditions resulting from neglect, injury, or improper care after the puppy leaves our home.

All refund and replacement decisions are made case-by-case, with the puppy’s welfare as our top priority.

Transportation or delivery fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
